Housework isn't important, right?

I'm totally behind, in EVERYTHING.  Seriously, if there happens to be something I'm supposed to do for you, just assume it's not done.  I'm way behind.

The reason, it's gorgeous outside!

It is so hard to get anything done when we're finally having a stretch of good weather.  So my house is a mess, my  emails are piled up, and my to do list is a mile long.  I didn't even go running on Monday (though in the name of knee recovery).  I have a lot to catch up on.

But I've spent about every waking hour the past few days outside.  And it has been heavenly.

I've been riding Tyler's scooter a lot, and I've decided, I totally need one.  They're so much fun.  So if you're reading this Vaughn, you can get me one for our anniversary this week!

Henry, who has been using a strider bike for the last year or so, is getting pretty excited to learn to ride a two wheeler this summer.  He's getting close too.  It's so exciting!  Once he gets it down our options for family bike rides open up a ton!  It's so exciting.

Strider bikes are running bikes, so they only have two wheels and no pedals.  So he's pretty good at the balancing part of it, but he needs to work on pedaling.  So we set his bike up on the trainer for him to practice:

He loves it.  We also put the kids bikes on it when it's pouring outside and they're bouncing off the walls, seriously, a trainer is a great thing to have.

Biking buddy April and I went for an awesome bike ride this morning.  It was so gorgeous out!  Riding bikes in good weather is so much more fun than when it's cold!

My knee is feeling a ton better, so here's to hoping I can make my tempo run tomorrow!

Life is seriously good people, lacking productivity, but good.
