It's hard to express just how much I love this shoe. I used to have about 5 different types of shoes that I would run in for different things, but when I started using this shoe I gradually started using my other shoes less and less and this is now the only shoe I run in ever. I love it so much. Although it is not a true minimalist shoe, there is padding and a drop, I would recommend transitioning to gradually. However I adore it. Brooks PureProject line is great for anyone who wants lighter shoes without going to extremes. I transitioned to this shoe from the trainers Brooks Adrenaline GTS and Asics Gel 2170.
I have both the socks and the leg sleeves and love them both! My go to choice is always the leg sleeves if they're clean! I haven't worn them much while I'm actually running, but they really do help me recover quicker and have less soreness. I adore them. I almost always put them on immediately after running and I can feel a difference instantly.

I use these ultra light sunglasses for running and cycling and I love them! They have three lenses, smoke, red and clear, for all the different weather conditions I'm out in. I have a small face so finding small sunglasses is sometimes a problem for me, but these fit great and are so light I hardly notice them. This is my second pair of Tifosi's (I also have the ENVY's which I still love but the smoke lenses got scratched so I don't use them as often anymore) and they are an INCREDIBLE bargain for the product. So much cheaper than many fitness sunglasses out there!
I recently upgraded from the 305 (which I loved for many, many years) to the 310xt! I love all the features that make it so I can set paces, input my speed workouts, and know all the speed and distance info I could ever want. I knew I wanted to upgrade from my trusty 305, but I didn't like the format of the 405. I found the 310 and I love it. Although it's still a large watch I love that it has a huge screen so I can see everything I want at the same time. I love that this model vibrates instead of just makes a noise so I know it's MY watch instead of the 17 others around me. I also can take this watch swimming in the summers when I go to the lake. I am super excited about this upgrade!
